Once she and Oypeen are back on their feet, Hermia curls up in her chain mail and cries for a turn or so.

"What are we gonna do, Oypeen? We've gotta get them back to the temple..."

oypeen looks about at the wreckage. The loss of life. The loss of valuables. His beautiful mace, melted and gone. Then his eyes falls on the 7 gems. No idea what they were worth but it was something and they were going to need something if they were going to rebuild. In anger, he snatches up the gems.

"Hermia, I am going to the temple to get help. If you are to distraught you can stay here with them until I return."

He'll look at here long enough to see if she is coming or not. He'll then look around for something to clothe himself in and if he fails that he will borrow the first thing he sees unattended once he reaches the street. On the way out he will retrieve the crossbow and then climb up the rope and head straight for the temple. Where he will tell them of this and seek help in retrieve the bodies.

Lacking her sword, Hermia grabs a big rock and waits at the doorway, standing guard over the bodies of her friends.

Fortunately for Opyeen the chain mail underlining of the armor on the dead knight can be salvaged for temporary clothing. It's so badly corroded that it offers no additional protection though. Jogging to the temple Opyeen causes many a passerby to stop and stare. Finally getting to the house of healing and tracking down the priest he is given a robe and some sandals. After Balmorea gathers some help they head back to Hermia. Once within the burned room the head priest begins a solemn prayer for the dead. Others help Hermia out if her chain mail and into a clean robe while the rest gather the bodies for transport back to the temple.

Opyeen and Hermia are escorted back to the Yawning Portal by a few of the clerics and after being healed are told that they will be summoned when and if any of their companions can be saved. The cost per resurrection is 18,000gp. The clerics are sure something can be worked out and they are truly thankful for quieting the Ghost Knight.

Clothes and food are provided by Durnan along with a sad smile and condolences.

On the table in a small package rests 7 gems. The only consolation from an adventure that might have cost 3 lives.

oypeen looks to Hermia and says, "I certainly don't have the money for the resurrections but will do what is need to raise those that can be raised. For now I think we need to find a couple jewelers and get a few appraisals done on these gems to see where we stand."

Rykkens assistant arrives shortly after Opyeen and Hermia have gotten settled in. With tears in her eyes she listens to what happened. Then with a practiced move and artisans eye she scoops up the gems. I'll be back. I know someone who likes stones like this. Without waiting for a response she departs.

A few hours later she returns with an offer written on fine paper.
"I will purchase your 7 emeralds for 20,500gp. Not one copper more."

I'll hock the shop if I have too. You have to get him back.... I love him. I never told him but I do.
