Sturm nudges the dead Bugbear with his toe and shakes his head at Oypeen's interrogation techniques. "He was full of useful information.." Out of the corner of his eye he sees light dancing against the North wall and looks back at the small hallway to the south. He sees a small mirror reflecting light into the room.

In a projected whisper with his hands firmly on his maul, he says:"Lianna is that you??"

"aye, he was a crazy one. Probably why they sent him out here on the fringe. No one wanted him in the main camp. Haha don't you know. Well, there is no life on the line at the moment so I have no taste for torture just for torture's sake. Hoped I could trick his arrogance in giving something away, but alas, he was just insane and not arrogant."

Oypeen looks at the body, deep in thought. "Still, tackling him was the better move than standing toe to toe and exchanging blows. He's dead and none of us are even scratched."

"Oh good, here's Lianna now. Hi, Lianna! Careful, there's bugbears," Hermia says, looking up from her page while she gives the ink a moment to dry.

"Well, it definitely is strange. I've not seen anything like this before." Rykken will follow Oypeen's suggestion and move around to different points in the room and withdraw the sword again to see if the sword glows with different intensities or colors.
The problem with doing something really stupid to impress people is that they may just be impressed by how stupid you really are.

As you touch the sword hilt there is a slight pain in your palm from the new scar there. The light is as bright as an unhooded lantern but it remains the same intensity no matter where you take it. Anytime you let it go it appears in the scabbard no matter how far from you the scabbard is, as soon as it's in the scabbard the light goes out.

I don't need glowing chain mail, but I stuff it in my backpack anyway

Lianna walks into the room and sees three dead Bugbears a keg of ale and a small fire holding three cooked rabbits. Hermia is sitting on the floor with quill and ink well in hand mapping as she usually does. Sturm is standing stalwart and ready, he is the anvil the others rely on, Rykken is walking around with a glowing longsword in his hands swinging it back and forth. Opyeen is as usual standing tall and announcing for all to hear his ideas and prophetic rhetoric, some things never change with the Carnage of Steel.

((ok, magic armor weighs the same as normal armor?))

Oypen grunts as he puts his pack back on, "uh, much heavier. Not as quite as fleet of foot as I was"

Lianna slips into the room, wincing as the axes fall to the floor. She then closes the door and replaces the axes before turning to her companions. "Sorry about being late." She moves towards the center of the room giving Hermia a small wave and smile in the process. "Something came up and I needed to take care of it, if you know what I mean."

She gives the bugbears a quick glance before continuing. "Doesn't seem like this lot gave you too much trouble though, they have anything good on them?"
