I might have missed something.

Page 36 explains that as a halfling (with 15 str) you can carry up to 55lbs and be lightly loaded (20' movement) or up to 110lbs and be heavily loaded (10' movement).

While we wait to see what Hermia comes up with the rest of you can declare your actions while I let you know what the Bugbear is doing. If Hermia's action changes the outcome we'll "adjust as needed".

The Bugbear having fully given up on what now seems a useless arm waving and chanting little dance turns and heads towards his sleeping companions as quickly as his smoking and limping body will carry him.

(Just realized I missed two questions back there. 1: The Bugbear by the armor wasn't caught flat footed by the "surprise" round, he was however caught off-guard enough that his first spell was more of an "impulsive trigger pull". 2: I'll allow a charge to a grapple. In this case since both parties are acting on the same initiative the Bugbear will get his save to avoid the grapple at the same instant as the attack roll is made. Could be interesting.)

((OOC: Just an FYI, but Hermia's weight is listed wrong because she didn't account for the fact that halfling armor is only 1/4 of normal armor. So her actual load is 42.1 pounds - lightly loaded. So if she were to charge and grapple she would cover 40'. And she has Init so he wouldn't get to attempt to shake it off right away.))

Oypeen's action will depend on what Hermia does. If she charges and grapples and succeeds, Oypeen will move his normal 40' round speed and help hold him down as well. If she misses I will just clobber him with my mace.
