Chapter 2:Taking the Offensive

[asacolips]

Boldol looks on in bewilderment when he sees Alena smash the dead goblin. After shaking his head, he moves on and inspects the door on the east wall. He looks it over for any obvious traps and then tries the handle if he doesn't see anything particularly nasty.

[Blazeguard]

Boldol does not find any traps and testing the handle he finds the door unlocked.

[asacolips]

I'll open the door and motion for the party to follow. "Looks like this door is unlocked. I'm moving in." I've switched back over to the dagger and shield and advance forward. What's the new room look like?

[before I leave the room, I'm also going to retrieve the arrow I shot if it's not broken]

[Woe]

After ensuring he doesn't feel any evil from the other side of the door, Sanzaru will enter the room with Boldol.

[Hywaywolf]

pebbles will watch our rear, keeping a close eye on the blocked entrance door. On the way out he will scoop up the golden bowl. he will also poke thru the straw beds looking for goodies.

Alena will follow everyone else, near the back, with a warhammer ready.

[Blazeguard]

Boldol retrieves his arrow and cleans it off before returning it to his quiver.

Sanzaru does not sense any evil in the vicinity and follows Boldol into the room.

Pebbles pokes through the straw piles and comes up with 10 ep. On his way out he scoops up the bloody bowl.

This room appears to have been a small storage 'closet' at one time. There are a couple of broken crates in one corner but not much else.

As Alena crosses the doorway the statue emits a low howl that rumbles and echoes down the corridors.

If everyone else didn't hear, Alena will alert everyone else about the statue.

[Hywaywolf]

Is this room a dead end? if so, we better scoot back out and break down that bit of wall, because I think we are trapped.

[Woe]

I'll check the stonework of the closet. If it's a dead end, I'll check out that statue assuming Boldol and Pebbles don't need help chipping away at the false wall.
