We will be using the BFRPG Core Rules along with the following supplements:
Half Humans
Thief Options
Scouts
Druid
Quasi-Classes
Rangers and Paladins
0 Level Spells

I will be using the Revised and Expanded XP Table from Smoot House Rules supplement for level advancement.

Death
I will be using the Negative Hit Points rule to a minimum/maximum? of -10.

Character Creation
I have decided to have all players roll their own stats instead of using the QCG supplement.
Using the roll 4d6 drop lowest method, roll 2 sets of stats and then pick whichever one you want. You can assign stats as you wish.
Everyone will get max HP for first level.
Roll for starting gold as per the core rules and outfit your characters accordingly.

Once the game starts I will be doing all the dice rolling to try and keep things moving along.

I will be updating this periodically to correct errors or add anything I've missed.

Since this is my first time running a game if anyone has any suggestions, comments, critiques, etc. please let me know either here or via pm.

I used the "stats" macro over at roll20. It was easier than finding my damn dice..

I have an iphone app called Dice Bag. I use it often, including some times at work when people won't make up their own mind.

roll20 works and I can create a board so that the GM can grab screen captures if he needs a map and that will also let him have an area to make rolls also.

I like roll20. thats where i planned to roll mine. I was going to use sean's nights dark terror game since he has a stat macro already set up. I don't like the honor system when rolling dice, because if I get a really great roll I know some people will think I cheated :).

OK, I just rolled in Classic Delvers using the stat roller there:

18, 15, 12, 10, 10, 6
17, 16, 11, 10, 10, 9

130 gold

hmm so either a +3, +1, -1 or +2, +2 and no negatives. that 18 would make a great halfling scout/mu with a bad charisma score due to his overbearing self-aggrandizement
