Dungeon Door Challenge
I'm editing the Dark Temple multimodule, and I could really use a dungeon door drawing. Specifically, I'd love to have a door standing ajar with stairs descending into gloom visible on the other side. But honestly, any good dungeon door drawing would be great.
It occurs to me that we could use such illustrations in many places; so, here's the challenge: Draw a dungeon door. It can be whatever style you like, but because we'll be using it for an interior piece it should be monochrome (grayscale, not "black and white" as that results in gritty-looking prints). Remember that, to be used as an interior piece, the art needs to be at least 1,000 pixels wide for one-column printing or at least 2,000 pixels for page-wide printing. I'm assuming most dungeon door pics will be one-column format, but I'm always open for surprises.
This isn't just for CS2; doors submitted here will be used in a variety of adventure modules or other works, wherever we need a fill-in and a door seems appropriate. Interesting doors might even inspire adventure writers to detail what is found beyond.
So here I am saying, show me the door!

This was not what I meant to post, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how it got changed that way.
Meant to say: "Love how it looks!"

Great image. Substantial Creepiness.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

Re: Dungeon Door Challenge
Currently on holiday and I haven't been able to draw much at the moment. I’ll try to send something in by Friday if it's not too late.
