They could certainly work in an AA-series entry...

It's been a while since I did anything now for various reason, but have managed to get myself started again. For "reasons" I just picked the Old Island Fortress maps from Morgansfort.

XCF files in the project folder.

Due to my mixed handdrawing and gimp "worklow", changes are normally easy to do, especially for room icons, so let me know if there "bugs".

Should I do the Nameless Dungeon maps as well?

NICE.

Morgansfort is actually under review right now, though I haven't moved much on it. New maps would be welcome!

Great maps as always 8-) I personally find the numbering hard to read, but that's just me

No, I don't think it's just you. I'll see if I can improve this a bit.

This "font" is an attempt to get something that isn't just avariant of my regular writing :D but I may have made one that isn't very readable. I may be able to tweak stuff a bit since the numbers where drawn/scanned separately, downscaled and copied in.

I did a very slight update of the XCF files (updated in the project folder). It's probably barely visible but I made the numbers slightly "stronger" (a few pixels), especially the slimmest parts.

I expect the number may be both better and worse in print or in browser caused by both by my downscaling of image and additional scaling by browser.

I've found a bit tricky to find an optimal solution. Part of the the readability issue may be that this "font" is slim so I can fit a double digit number into one square. That make it easy to place in the map but may not be the best solution for readability.

Here btw, a small cutout wich should at least not be scaled by the browser (this is btw at 20% of the XFC image size).

Note that 4 is hard to place due to the doors so that would be tricky regardless of "font".

Yes, for me it's more the thin sections that made it harder to read; the revision is an improvement 8-)

I have been working (slowly) on the rest of the maps for BF1. I've finished Cave of the Unknown first (since it's a single level). XCF file is in the project folder.

I'm pretty far along on the Namless Dungeon as well. Shouldn't take another 2 months. As usuall, let me know if you spot anything that could use some improvements.
