Solvebring Arts

Post by solvebring »

Besides my daily job as a librarian, I also draw illustrations on commission. Most of my work has been made for/published in Swedish role-playing games . I'll use this thread to first of all show you guys what I do, but also show some unpublished drawings made just for fun, while practising, doodling, experimenting, etc.

So, here's what I do: http://solvebring.com/

Cheers!

Sharing? ... As in my portfolio images may be used for free? No, I'm afraid not since people have ordered these illustrations and paid me for them. Most stuff from solvebring.com has been published. But, when/if I make some random images while experimenting or practicing or so, I won't mind people using them as long as I'm asked and then credited. So, when posting random single images here I will be sharing them and I'll let you guys know.

Per the art forum rules:
7. Any artwork posted here within the artwork forum is to be used/reused for BFRPG with explicit permission by the posting artist. Work posted for use by BFRPG is still owned by the original artist, but given permission to BFRPG to be used within it's publication. By giving permission for the art to be used, is not a binding contract for payment or reimbursement for the art itself. Essentially, if you post it here for us to use, then you're saying we can keep it and use it and if warranted, we can reuse it elsewhere in another publication.
That rule is saying we're expecting any artwork posted on this forum to be used for our (BFRPG) works, otherwise a signature link is to be used for any "outside artwork" promotion, nothing more.

To be fair, he hasn't shared it here yet, just posted an offsite link. Solvebring, I know you're new here, and I really don't want to drive anyone away. But per the forum rules, be sure you don't post anything in this thread that you don't intend to share with the Project. We never ask for free stuff, but we often receive it; it's important that we know what is and what is not available, and the easiest way is to ban unavailable items from this forum.

... and now, I'm going to nip off and edit the rules a little; there are niggling little legalities that aren't quite addressed there, which I had not noticed until now.
