Being a bit more of a practiced hand at breaking into things, and taking advantage of Saeloria's damage, Selene makes short work of the chest.

Looking within, the trio finds a fair pile of small coin - silver, with some coppers mixed in. Half buried is a heavy gold bracelet , intricately engraved and set with five small rubies.

Oh! I thought I'd posted that. 1000sp, 200cp, and a gold bracelet adorned with rubies.

Saeloria will gather up all the papers on the desk and stuff them into her backpack. She will also grab the letter opener if someone else hasn't picked it up already. "Well, shall we check the window leading to the roof back in the other room? There could be something hidden outside on the roof."

OOC: Did Muddle finish searching the whole room for secret doors or is he still engaged in that?

Galen remains vigiliant on the stairs watching for anything to happen below.

OOC: I don't think so. As far as I can tell we've checked all the rooms. The only possible hook left was the open window in the other room which is why I (Saeloria) suggested checking that out yet.

OOC: Aren't our (former) captors due back soon?
