So if I choose to combine cleric/thief then that's my armor and weapon restrictions? Is studded leather 14 ac?
Yeah, 14. I've got the Equipment Emporium open for business (except Brigandine. I need to make some edits). Also, it's not "no metal," but the general spread (one handed, staff, sling, shortbow; light armor) that seems like a good fit for mixing thief and cleric.

Human Bard (unless perhaps you are game for a Halfling one?)
...coin toss?
Tails - not today. Half-elf is fair game though.

I will think on half-elf... not a big elf fan, but darkvision and secret doors is nice for just 5% difference on XP from Human... Magic Save bonus as well.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

Hey, isn't that what they were for? Human with a few bonuses (plus multiclassing)?

I may have to make a parody race...

Darkvision is hard to pass up... I ended up going half-elf.

Once you go Dark, you don't go back. (bad humor) ;)

So what we need is a high sneak, missle & initiative boosted, Small-sized, high save, darkvision-imbued race.

I'll call them Munchkins...

(Do not cross the Lollipop Guild.)

We'll save gelflings for another round... or you could go with Gnome.
