Minor updates to blog and forum

On the blog, I've made a change that gets the post author's name right under the post title. Considering that I'm not the only one posting there, I thought it might be nice to have the post author be more obvious.
On the forum, I noticed a "clearing" problem with the header layout, only visible when you're not logged in, which I just fixed.
If anyone notices any formatting anomalies on either the blog or the forum, please let me know.
