Roll20 is actually a business for these guys so it is too be expected that they will listen to their customers and make updates. I think they all quit their jobs to work on it full time and were paid initially by the KickStarter and now by the paid memberships. So they have a big stake in keeping the members happy.

Actually according to their meter they are still working at other jobs but they are able to focus more on it now. They used the kickstarter to do their startup. They have enough subscribers to keep it going but not enough to pay them also, yet. They are about halfway there or close to it.

My mistake. I thought I had read in one of their updates that they were working fulltime on it now.

They want to work on it full time but it's not there yet.
