Post by grider »

Has anyone already made a BFRPG ruleset for Fantasy Grounds 2?

Apparently not. I'd post the question around DF and K&K (or you might have already), it should be easy to tweak an OD&D, BECMI, or even an AD&D ruleset. Mostly deleting, come to think of it.

I think someone has been working on a LL ruleset for FG2. Myabe they would let someone piggy back on their work so far

We'll see...

I permission from Solo to work on it and distribute what I come up with. I am going through several Rule Sets now to see which to use as a template. I know I want a combat tracker that works and a few other things.

So, we'll see how it goes...I am delving into the documentation and getting an environment set up to work in.

Has anyone made any progress on this yet. Very interested, as I find Basic Fantasy an easy quick ruleset to ues, and would love to use it with some of my friends who are a little more distant.

I don't know about Fantasy Grounds, but I'm slowly building up a Maptool framework. It's almost entirely combat based, though, at the moment.

Interesting. How do you find using this set for it? does it translate well. I like the speed and scalablility of BFRPG.
