Base Rate of Fire implementation

Hey All,

So, I'm thinking of implementing a basic Rate of Fire for all missile weapons from old school (BECMI, 1E, etc...).
Any suggestions for the issues with it, and changes throughout that might be needed, if done?

I would suggest that you leave it as is but offer weapon specialization (combat options supplement) to fighters.

Thnx! I was wondering. 👍 Seemed like it might, and that the Combat Options might be better.
