Specially in a project with several individuals involved...

Ghost, Lichs, Vampires, they all drain energy, life, vitality, on their own way.
Lichs have more power than ghosts, thus they do not allow a save, but Elves and Dwarves still have their longevity on their side.

I would surely modify that special ability to be more close to how Ghosts work, a ST with a penalty or a ST for half CON damage.
