Cure a couple hit points at the expense of hyperglycemic diabetic coma. If anyone eats a quart of honey, they will likely die.

Hey, don't worry. The average tabletop player will burn off those calories with the mental gymnastics they do as they beg for their lives.

I'd rule that as several doses and nobody would be able to consume more than one dose without getting sick. How much honey can one eat? Half a cup? So about 4+1d4 doses?

Sounds like a CON check to me.

Oh, that's good. I was thinking maybe you could use Iron Falcon's system shock Constitution mechanic for how likely it is you fall into a diabetic coma if you fail.

And then there is this (from Google search)

People also ask
How much honey can kill you?
Honey can usually work as a great sugar replacement. In its most natural, raw form, though, honey is chock-full of toxins, and they very well may kill you. More than just one teaspoon of unpasteurized honey could be fatal.Aug 16, 2018

I'm dubious on this one because for about a year and a half I ate raw honey every day with no negative effects. Maybe I have a strong immune system but I understand people have eaten raw honey for thousands of years.
