I also have my cure light wounds and potions of healing do 1d4+3 instead of 1d6+1 which makes them (imo) more helpful but not overpowering they can't heal any more damage (max 7 hp healing) and only slightly higher average 5/6 hp opposed to 4/5 hp but do a minimum of 4 healing which is much better especially at low levels

For me it's 1hp plus CON modifier, minimum of 1hp per night in a safe place, preferably a town or inn. Any more generous than that encourages a campaign tone that's not my preference to run.
