TV Show Grimm & BFRPG
Re: TV Show Grimm & BFRPG
Right now I'm just trying to recreate the show! It will be essentially a source book. Hopefully not insanely long (or hopefully some people jump in to help!)

Not sure what help I could lend but if you need any please feel free to let me know, though it's best if left to the professionals
Re: TV Show Grimm & BFRPG
Well eventually it will just be creating a monster manual full of wesen for the slayers to hunt. I have a few key concepts outlined:
* Classes: Fighters, Alchemists, Rogues
* Quasi-Class: Slayer (Human Only)
* Races: Human, Para-Human (Wesen - Limited to weaker/more peaceful varieties)
Factions
* Royal Families
* Wesen Council
* Various Military Orders and Secret Societies
* Revolutionaries
There are no spells per se, but there are lots of magical potions and some kinetic effects that hexenbeasts (nonplayable race) can employ. Per the show, the royal families ruled over the wesen and controlled them as part of their armies with the Grimms/Slayers to control the armies. This order broke down. The Wesen organized under the Council to protect their interests. The Slayers also went their own way and have worked with the Wesen Council in the past. The Royals feel everyone should resubmit to them, which the Revolutionaries oppose.
