Anyone know a good one shot? I need to fill about 2 hours while key players are away and am feeling too lazy to write it myself. Thank you!

You should really look through any of the adventure anthologies. There so many great one shots. Just pick one you think fits best with your players levels and interests.

Also, if you want to branch out, consider the One-page dungeons (free) or five-room dungeons.

Also, two hours is really short. Here's a quick scenario:
1. Ambush - the PC's are heading to town and are ambushed by some goblins or other low level monsters (should be a somewhat easy fight, this is just the appetizer)
2. Roleplaying - In town, the mayor is looking to hire folks to clean out a certain cave where an ogre or hill giant is using goblins to steal from and harass the locals. However, they will have to negotiate as the mayor is not sure they are up to the job.
3. Trap - entrance to the layer is trapped (maybe spikes or arrows in the wall)
4. Big fight in the Ogre lair versus the boss and his goblin minions. Maybe he has a bear as a pet if you want to up the stakes.
You need:
- A road map
- A simple cave map
- That's about it.

Yeah, two hours is short. A lair encounter is best. There are two old dnd supplements called "The Book of Lairs" that are really good for such encounters. J.D.'s "Monkey Isle" has some extra lair maps that you could use. Hope that helps

A quick clean out might be perfect. You can always make a room empty if you want to move them along to a big final encounter.
