Good to know! I wasn't aware of this and I'll definitely bookmark it for later.

I didn't know this existed either. If an SRD is a tool that's been helping OSE get adopted, maybe ours should be linked more prominently on the BF website? Basic Fantasy doesn't need hype to thrive, but if there are useful tools already developed IMO we should use them.
And.. if this SRD is limited to the Core Rules, maintaining it *shouldn't* be a huge added burden, unless I'm missing something.

I feel like the SRD is one of several selling points people tout for OSE, yes. It gets mentioned in most threads where the game is mentioned at least once. I feel like it's on people's radar. Of course, to compare to BFRPG, it's often mentioned when someone says OSE is expensive. That's definitely not a problem BFRPG suffers from.

Gotcha. Well it should be obvious that delivering high quality products at a fraction of the cost is a tad more important than how easy it is to find an SRD.
I haven't been thinking about or missing an SRD since I started playing BF since everything is so easy to find. But when you've got tons of rules and content to shift through an SRD is important.

Indeed. I think BFRPG has many benefits in its favor as it is. I mentioned one little caveat I'd personally find useful, theoretically, although I've never needed it in the past. The fact I had to think so hard to come up with something not really necessary that already existed is probably a good comment about the product line.
