in the treasure generator for weapons that get a + against (insert here)enchanted monsters. In what context does enchanted mean? under a charm, fey, or is it something else?

Enchanted monsters is left to the GM to adjudicate; I specifically include any monster that requires magic weapons to hit, as well as any monster summoned or controlled by magic.

There is some overlap with Protection from Evil. That spell prevents summoned creatures from making contact with the protected creature(s), and grants a +2 AC bonus against "evil" creatures, which means creatures that are supernaturally Evil; that category would include free-willed undead, infernals, and so on. Whether non-free-willed undead like zombies are included is up to the GM.
