Monsters by terrain?

Post Fri Jul 24, 2020 2:35 pm

I am starting to go through all 600+ monsters listed in the Monster Index download and organize by terrain types they can be commonly found in.
Before I do this, is there anyone whi has already done it by chance?

I don't see it listed in the Creature Spreadsheet; that's where I'd recommend adding it (use the ODS file preferably).

That spreadsheet is also missing all monster from FG2 I believe no? I did not really want to add all the stats for monster as I go as well, so will start by just listing monster names and terrain types in an ods file. From there we can paste into the existing spreadsheet or whatever is preferred.
Thanks.

The Wandering Monsters Supplement has some monsters divided by terrain, its not a monster classification guide per se but it could help you

On the download page you'll find some "finished" products, specially those closest to an "official" status (word we try to avoid)
On the Showcase there are many more "finished" ones, they have a certain "quality" stamp
The rest, specially unfinished ones, populate the Workshop which es where you can find the supplement in question -> right here
