How do you do that? is it in the odt file or something here on the forum that I need to find?

Open the document for editing, in OpenOffice.org or LibreOffice. Then do as I said:
Edit, Changes, Record.
Click Edit on the menu bar, roll down to Changes and pull it out, then click Record.
If you also choose Edit, Changes, Show, you can see the tracked changes. Don't do that, it'll just drive you nuts.

Thanks. I was wondering about that.
On another note, I ran the second session for that module and my players loved that session. It was a mass carnage on the town while the players were running around trying to save people. They foiled my attack on the town somewhat but the death toll on the town was still high. Over 2/3rds of the work force in the lumber mill yard was slaughtered before the zombies were stopped. The skeletons killed two npc's at the school yard and a pc was able to stop the zombies from killing the people in the barclay house. I changed the timing of the attacks a little to make the group split up and fight against separate hordes. I also changed some details about Chriztop Barclay. I made him and his family a dwarves and gave them a reason to be there. I also changed that instead of being at his house, he at the mill when the attacks started and was fighting his way home.
