You can also order a hardcover from DriveThruRPG. That's where I got one and the quality is excellent.

Looks like all the Lulu links on the
Buy the Rules page work now.
Oddest "error" is that on the
Chaotic Caves saddle stitch page it shows the back cover.

Yeah, that's my fault. I just took that book offline... the cover really is on backwards. Working late at night, I suppose. It will be back online when I have time to chop up the cover and rearrange it.
