Just need a little clarification regarding saving throws for demi-Humans. Are they cumulative ?

An example : If someone plays a Dwarf with a CON of 18, does that character gain a +7 on saves versus Poison (+4 for being a Dwarf AND +3 for the CON bonus ?)

That said, I have played with GM's that like to scale things back to a "best of" bonus when it comes to saves... but even they know that this is a houserule designed to scale back the 'nearly' automatic save situations.

Never forget, natural 1 always fails...
