One magic item was added, and I don't remember changing energy drain/negative levels. And yeah, some added FG1 monsters and a bunch of typos. Also, did we adjust the tables for "Normal Men" in 2E or 3E? Either way, it literally only affected NM NPCs.
And some new artwork. Of course.

Thanks Solo. Sounds like my 2E rulebook is far from obsolete. All the best.Solomoriah wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2019 9:04 am One magic item was added, and I don't remember changing energy drain/negative levels. And yeah, some added FG1 monsters and a bunch of typos. I use my 2E books with my home game, because those players all have 2E books also.

From the Release Announcement threadSolomoriah wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2019 9:04 am ...and I don't remember changing energy drain/negative levels...
The change is the addition of the -5% penaltySolomoriah
Core Rules 3rd Edition (Release 90) -- November 11, 2014
Martin Serena pointed out that I missed a change I'd promised to the Energy Drain rules. So this release adds that bit.
I think that at some point in 3rd edition the hit point reduction changed from an universal d6 to a class based hit die.
