I run (or neglect, as the case may be) a PbP game here, and run semi-regular in-person games at my house.

I play a PbP game here.. I also play a Live online game with some friends from the Microlite20 forums using a website called MyRPG (MyRPG.ca) and I play in two live games, one a Pathfinder and the other 4e. I also DM a BFRPG game with my kids and their friends.

I participate in the PbP game here Marketstone Campaign and I run little games/scenarios with my children, my nephews, and a couple of family friends kids. Alas, the adults around me have not taken the plunge to play a game here. I am looking forward to the day when one or more of them feel like participating. I read all the posts here (as one of Solo's Moderators) and I read threads I find relevant (to me) over at Dragonsfoot as well. Of course, I write my own add-ons to BFRPG, most of which are shared either as actual supplements or just as 'unofficial' offerings within various threads.

Other than that, I will sometimes (cyclic binge basis) play Warcraft, but I don't really count that as role-play. That is just a computer game, even if it has a fantasy aspect to it.

I play in 2 PBP on this site and in the past played in multiple online chat games. I tried a PBP on another site but their games were basically too PG rated for me. I haven't rejoined any chat games since I came back from from my long distance backpacking trip 15 months ago. Maybe its time to start back up again. I have unsuccessfully tried to get an old school FTF here in my town but we only got 4 or 5 actual game nights out of 6 months before it dropped to just 2 of us. My daughters have grown past playing here at home. One doesn't play at all any more, the other has gotten into LARPing pretty regular and plays several different RPGs with friends she met there.

I was wondering why I haven't seen you around elsewhere for a while. Did you know that Traipse is in the process of being upgraded to version 2? It's about to go beta.

I only ever played in person.
I'm one of those rare individuals that find computer gaming boring, so I dread the idea of RPG-ing via post/Skype/whatsit.
Currently I'm DMing a semi-regular game with 3 players.

I know what you mean. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I played in a live chat game. Its very similar to sitting at a table the way everyone can communicate with each other. of course, if I could find an in person game, that would be better, but alas and alak, I haven't.

Yes it is. It is more stable the openrpg and Sirebral is building Traipse v2 called Paladin. It is superior to 1.8 by a wide margin.
