Do monsters have an initiative bonus?

I can't find any reference in the rules, it is probably there, but I can't find it.

They have no bonus written down. However, I see no reason you can't give bonuses to them, either as exceptional individuals or as a group (for instance, I might give a +1 or even +2 across the board to Sprites).

I give them situational bonuses depending on how an encounter plays out.
