Art for projects

I've been looking at providing some of the art (I don't have much in the way of talent; I'd rather have more professional artwork than any of what I can make myself).

The two pieces for Monkey Isle are decent enough for use - if you want them. The dinosaur is intended to be shrunk down for use as part of a column (full sized it's crude...).

I played with a couple of color schemes for covers for JN 1 and JN 2 to get some rough idea of how colors might work (the art used is incomplete; I don't know if I'll be able to complete it to any useful degree; they are dirivative, inspired by some of the ideas for art in the Dungeon Crawl Classic beta rules).

I'm looking at other art but I'm struggling with this; I'll post anything half-decent if I can get it.

Hmm. Regarding the artwork, it looks pretty good actually. Don't sell yourself short; you just need practice. I've worked with a lot of artists for DF and discovered that the more they draw, the better it gets.

About the covers: I assumed I'd be putting on the standard BFRPG crenelated border, probably in blue to stand as a contrast to my red ones. All I really need is a cover piece, that is, a piece of artwork to go more or less in the middle; see BF1 for an example. I'd prefer color, but waiting for a color piece to just appear is like waiting for Godot.

More illustrations to consider. I understand your terms for art use. I'm posting these in case you see anything you want to use.

Gotcha, thanks. I'll likely use at least some of those. I especially like the lizard fight image, and the cartoon with the bug spray.
