BFRPG Module not on the list

I was doing a BFRPG google search and found the following module. I know Ray Allen did a lot of work for the BFRPG project, but i missed this one.

Never saw this one... Perhaps he never shared the OpenOffice/Word files so that it could be reformatted to match the normal BFRPG style?? Just thinking... anyhow, I will have to give this a read.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?
