Treasure table

I was looking at the treasure tables in the core rule book and noticed in the lair table, part C magic weapon says 15% 1d2 what does this mean?

You roll a percentage and if under 15% you then roll a 1d2 (even/odd on any die) to see how many magical weapons there is. After rolling the amount, you then get to decide or randomly roll what it is on a table in another section of the book.
