Basic Fantasy zines

Post Sun Dec 25, 2016 4:22 pm

Has anyone done a zine similar to the other ones you can find online for LL, S&W, and LotFP? I know most stuff is easy to convert/ mostly compatable, but im just wondering if a Basic Fantasy one existed. Thanks!

No, sorry. Most of the material that would be in a zine ends up in a supplement, so there's little need for that kind of supporting work.

Yeah I figured, I was curious to know if there were any "fan zines" floating around, but most people seem tobpost their hoyse rules ideas on this forum anyways!

I don't know if this fits the bill, because J.V. West uses LL a lot, but I know he's a big fan of BFRPG, plus his art is fun. Also I'm "cheating" on & Magazine :)

But he started a 'zine called Black Pudding: http://doomslakers.blogspot.com/search/ ... %20Pudding

It's a reach I think, but it's the only thing I know of that's kinda close.
Either way, like you said, bunches of the OSR stuff is easy enough to convert. But I don't know of a Basic Fantasy specific zine. :(

Be well,
