Do female dwarves have beards?
Are their any particular styles of beard that are more common amongst the female population than the male one?
We have had dwarves in our games for over 35 years, do we not yet have these answers to important points in dwarven culture?
Please provide any insight on this topic you posses, so that we may all be enlightened.

Re: Female Dwarves' Beards?
In some of my games, the female dwarfs have peach fuzz but not beards but if they are outside their homelands and in the presence of other races, they would wear false beards so they could appear to be a male dwarf.
IMHO, it all depends on how the GM has set up his races and what the player wants to portray. Basically what Dimirag and Woe said.

I'm going to disagree slightly and say player taste.

Just to clarify, I think it's meant to be 3-5 years not 35 (and it's actually 3).

Only if its an option allowed by the GM. In a setting where females dwarves does not grow facial hair naturally no matter the player's taste, it can't happen, in a setting where female dwarves does grow facial hair naturally then players have the option of dealing with it as they prefer, but, doing something it something could have serious repercussionsquozl wrote:I'm going to disagree slightly and say player taste.
