This may be a dumb question since I have been around role-playing since the Holmes edition, but I have never ordered books. So what is the difference between "perfect bound" and "saddle stitched"?

Saddle-stitched is what Holmes and B/X is, folded and stapled in the middle. Perfect-bound is the traditional paperback with the glued cover.
