Something off in how the style applies in the forums. The download/purchase buttons float down to be under the banner (in my resolution) creating a new white space.
I think the banner portion could span the entire length of the page (even in the forums) to match and that particular problem would fix itself. (as it stands currently the header only spans the width of the forum itself.)

I also feel like when it comes to header backgrounds they look nicest when they bleed to the edge of the screen. Mind you, not necessarily the logos/contents/text of such headers/footers... but just the background color when the header has such bold dark background portions. This isn't the case for the footer you chose (which I like) being just a bold line to divide it from the main section.
Also, as previously mentioned. On the Main Forum page, the section text disappears within the black portions unless one hovers over the text. The text there needs to be changed to white/grey like other portions with the red hover attribute.

Doesn't do that for me--even if I reduce the window size. Maybe it got addressed?
I like the new logo--pops well while still being readable.

I like the other updates of making the paragraph titles set off in black.
Two suggestions/questions:
How do the menus under the logo look if underlined? I think their position lets people know they are menus/links without underlining, but I'm curious if they work underlined?
The Board Index < General < General Discussion links/breadcrumbs at the top of the page are same as the paragraphs on the main page, black background with white text. Those would probably benefit from underlining.

As I learned, make sure you delete your cache and then refresh the page.

I did such a cache clear.. yet issue is there still.
No worries, it will likely get addressed in time.

Hold Shift and click the Reload button (the circling arrow or arrows in your browser). Forces a reload of all resources.

Most of the page is scaled in em's, but the buttons are scaled in pixels. Using a modern browser, this shouldn't be a problem, but sadly sometimes it still is.

Thanks!
One of the things that makes this complicated is that the blog, the forum, and the main site don't share styles completely. It's a big ball of hair, really. I'm diligently working toward a consistent style, but it takes time.

What version of Chrome do you have, on what OS? Version 48.0.2564.109 m on Windows 7 works fine... ( I do get a scrollbar just for the top section...)
