The layout is all messed up in Chrome.

Looks fine in 48.0.2564.109.
What version are you using? Older versions have some weird quirks sometimes...

That's what I have too. Weird. I'm running it on Windows 7.

Below the navigation bar, I see all the news listed and then the rest below that with some things layered on top of others.

Weird--I'm Windows 7 Pro/Corporate with Chrome, and it looks fine. I disabled Ad Block Plus and Ghostery, and it still shows up OK. Try Menu -> More Tools -> Clear Browsing Data, to clear your cache maybe?

That was it. Cleared my browsing history and it looks fine again.

I like the revised front page. I don't mind underlined links, but I'm not as much a fan of the underlined sub-headers. Glancing at the page very quickly, a lot of stuff is underlined in total.

One Problem: I think the section text in the forums is still black, so it isn't visible anymore

I like it better than before. Picks up the cover of the printed rules book and it's less all over the place. The download buttons draw more attention to them with the black background, too.

The blog and the forum sites have a slightly smaller header size it seems.
