Levels beyond 20 in BFRPG
Levels beyond 20 in BFRPG
OK, so, sorry if this has been covered someplace else but I couldn't find it. Basic Fantasy goes up to level 20 but I'm wondering if there might be some supplement that extends the character progress beyond that. After checking the downloads and running over the topics in the General Discussion board I'm not seeing it. Any help here would be very helpful.
Thanks for your time in advance.

I have my own house rules that cover such levels. I am out right now but I will see if I can get them up again.
You would have to bear in mind that I also utilize an array of xp modifications as well. Somebody else might have a copy of those rules handy.

Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

Oh, the "Epic Levels", I though on doing such a supplement, but I thought that the chances of players reaching those levels are very slim.
Normally once a character reaches level 20 thats it, time to retire, start a kingdom, build a farm, train new adventurers, roam the world, etc, etc. Or to keep adventuring without earning any XP, there is a limit to ones development.

Yeah, I'm trying to recapture the feel of the old Rules Cyclopedia (BECMI) edition and would like play until 36th level or so. I get that BF is more a clone of 1st ED AD&D but I'm just strange I guess.

Actually BFRPG is a B/X clone with the 36-ish levels converted into 20, it has none of the Advanced games in it.
I'll see if I can come back with something

To be honest I see any levels past 10 as epic levels because by that time your stronghold should be in progress.

And you should be having babies, lots of babies. So, you know, they can grow up to be brats, vie for your hard earned kingdom, and do all those naughty things they do in Game of Thrones.
