Completely new to all of this. Can I use the 3rd Edition Rules with all of the campaigns? For example, BF1 Morgansfort: The Western Lands Campaign?

Yes. There is very little mechanical difference between rule editions. The differences are mainly additions of more stuff (monsters, magic, etc), more artwork, clarifications (really just a few), and Errata.

Any edition from 1st to 3rd will work; with very little effort, you can use our lower-level adventures almost directly with Labyrinth Lord and Swords & Wizardry as well. One hallmark of truly classic games is the general compatibility between them.
