Will your Kindle books make it to Lulu/print or are they exclusive to Amazon/electronic?

Most of my Kindle books are too short to make reasonable books out of. I combined One Night in Slateholm with the three shorts from Triad to make the only one I'm presently selling.

If I ever get the other two installments of Solo Jones done, I'll put it in print.
