I would like to join in future sessions, how does it works ? Do we make our character prior to the game ? Is there pre-gens that the DM assign and send us the character sheet ? Do you play with text or webcam ?

I run text. Some people use skype for video. I create pre-gens, but you get to keep the character. I would check out Gold's game (see the link in the chat room). He is a good teacher.

I'll join next Friday that I'm off. If you read this Gold, I would really like to play an halfling fighter. If not, I'll play anything needed, anyway.

I am 'playtesting' the equipment packs supplement by using it for the pregens and by having players who make a character choose one.

Regarding playtesting... to get a playtest credit, you need to post your results (that is, comments about the document you're testing) in the relevant comments thread. I'll pick it up when I post a revision to the document.
