So, what games actually occurred tonight? I know I ran a game, and I know Gold ran a game, but did anyone else actually run a game?

So, what's going on tonight?

It seems that the only people who have been running games are Gold and I.

Not that that's a problem. It does seem like it's killed the energy we had. I mean at one point we had Metro, Tree Ant, Myself, Jered, and Gold running games.

The point of an open gaming group is for people to run/play in games as they feel like it, and not play when they have other things to do.

There will more or less people there depending on the week, but I think it's going strong.

We can organize with the group (and I think we should), but we don't run games directly through the chatroom.
The idea of playtesting BFRPG material does appeal to me. It would make for the group directly helping out the BFRPG community and contributor material.

I'm often busy Fridays, but given enough time to prepare could arrange something, at least to be a player if nothing else; though GMing once is a possibility. I'll keep an eye for interest and development -- and try to read some of the playtest BFRPG adventures when I have a little focus time (e.g. Giant Saga)

You can play any time you want to. The idea behind Friday nights was for a drop-in pickup games.

There is a game schedule thread that you can post in to set up other games. I know both -1warrior and Gold have run games on Saturday.

It's cool, I'm not sure I know either. :)

I'm running one in several hours actually. If anyone else wants to play, they're welcome to.

That would be awesome. I'll probably be doing a play test of SG1 in a couple of weeks.

So what exactly does count as BFRPG? If someone runs SG2 with D&D 5E, would that count?

I understand most of the original members wanted BFRPG only. Since I didn't feel strongly either way, I don't think I am well suited for this adjudication. If it were up to me, I would just let people run whatever.
