All times are Eastern Standard times since that is the time that shows up for me on Roll20 where I look for games to join. Please feel free to post your game or any that you may know about and I'll pop them up here in the first post. These games may or may not be open to new players but I thought it would be cool too see where BFRPG is being played.

"Remnants of the Forge [BFRPG]" Play by Post on RPOL.net

We're always on the lookout for outstanding role-players! We play around with many house rules and fun ideas and see what we can break. BFRPG is my fave old-school system. Keep it up guys!

Explore dungeons inside a strange world!

This is my Basic Fantasy RPG open-table campaign on Roll20. Join the Link and read the descriptions and sticky threads there to see how to book a game session for you, or you & your friends. The dungeons here are never ending.

Teluria has been running for 2 years, most of those on Roll20. We're on hiatus right now because of some scheduling problems (GMs been sick) but plan on starting up again soon.

We are now playing two threads, the main plot line and a dungeon crawl game in the northern lands which involves a business called Crypt Cleaners Incorporated which is a group of mercenaries who clean up crypts infested with undead etc.

I'd like to add another player once we get going again, if anyone's interested.

On a world known as the Forge of the Gods, a renegade Godling outcast has made moves to subvert the world for his own evil designs. The Gods and Lesser Godlings are contemplating destroying their tool rather than let the world fall into the desperate hands of the outcast...

Remnants of the Forge is Recruiting!

I'm looking to recruit a player or two after a couple of my players had to bow out due to RL interference. I thought that I'd post the openings here first before I open up a Player's Wanted notice on RPOL. I'm looking for a great storyteller/writer that can post 1-3 times/week with the average being closer to 1 than 3. The game has been going for a year and we've got some great players. This game has some house rules and I like to experiment with new ideas. The game is aimed at us old-school players who still have the RP'ing itch, but due to hectic RL schedules, cannot play with a local group and cannot commit to a fixed time on Roll20.

Characters will either start at or immediately progress to 3rd level and should be 4th level by Christmas time... I would prefer to fill one of the existing characters in the following order, but I'm also open to a great character concept if you've got a good idea in mind.

3rd Level Human Scholar/Fighter
2nd Level Human Cleric
2nd Level Half-Orc Barbarian

Drop me a PM here or on the gamesite with a RTJ.

BFRPG (and some other retroclones) are a GREAT way to play online. Everyone can legally have the books and even reference them during play if they like.

You can't beat free.

My BFRPG game just hit its 26th (two-hour) session.
