It's gonzo! If you want every class/race-as-class to feel truly special, this will do it. Just be prepared for lots of tables. Every spell has it's own table. It's old-school new-school mixed, appropriately Appendix N, and as I said before, Gonzo. It has a pretty rabid fan-base now.
