Now those plain boring straight lines are bugging me. LibreDraw and Paint.NET don't seem to have any brush shapes, so I'll have to come up with something in Photoshop...

I too really like the simplicity and free hand style of this sheet. As you observed, the clean, exact box/border lines don't exactly match the overall style of the sheet. I'm very interested to see what solution you come up with.

Also, what do people think of the lighter gray color? Would you rather have it darker/black?

have you thought about using a ruler and running your mouse against it to get that straight line?
