This monsters are missing their poison info:
Giant Bee
Giant Scorpion
Pit Viper
Crab Spider
The spitting cobra does not have info on its venom, and its text seems to be cut ending on a comma.
The poison form a Dragon's breath does damage like any other dragon breath or has different rules?

In general, if it says "poison" and does not explain further, victims must save vs. Poison or die. Possibly it should be in the text, though.

Wow, it's hard to believe a flow error went undetected for this long.

I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about here. The only "poison" mentioned with the Dragons is the chlorine breath of the green dragon, and yeah, it uses the standard dragon breath rules rather than the save-or-die rules.

Gold dragons has fire or poison as its breath attack.
Chlorine? I did not know they exhaled that. Something new learned

Actually, I think it was 1E that specified that the green dragon's breath weapon was chlorine gas.
I've added a note to the green dragon for R99 (uploading now) but I'm not going to change the gold dragon unless I have to.

Solo, maybe this should go in r100: no normal men saving throw, some monsters are listed as saving as normal men, which does not actually exist and is an inconsistency as you've mentioned before. These monsters are:
-Bat
-Centipede, Giant
-Kobold
-Rat, Normal
-Yellow Mold

I'll consider it. For the moment, though, unless there's something found wrong with R99, I'm going to make it the new print release.
You just don't know what a pain it is trying to get enough people to look at a release for flow errors... and I've already proven I can't rely on myself to do it all.

"normal man" is indicated as being the shorthand equivalent of 0 level characters on page 46, this is kind of implied some page later in the saving throw tables for fighters but not explicitly stated.
This is not a game-stopper but some clarifications could probably help.
Regarding dragons:
I remember the Gold dragon's poison breath in BX being a "sleep drug" poison, something like a non-lethal weapon the good dragon can use to stop enemies without killing... BFRPG doesn't seem to have taken that.

You are mistaken, my friend. Moldvay, B34, states that gold dragons may use fire like red dragons or chlorine gas like green dragons, but still limited to three times per day. BFRPG applies the same breath weapons to the gold dragon.

I know NM = 0lvl, but the thing is that 0lv and 1lvl share the same saves and having some creatures saving as NM and other as F1 have no mechanical difference becoming a inconsistency as said by Solo himself.
The 3 option here are:
A - Leave it as it is right now.
B - Add a Row for 0Lvl saves, but Solo said he didn't want to make 0Lvl weaker at saves.
3 - Remove the 0Lvl saving reference and change NM saves to F1.
