Will do. By the way, I saw mention in the submission guidelines about the proper style for a document to be done in. Do you have the guidelines posted somewhere?
Sadly, no.
My recommendation is to take an existing, recently-updated work of the same type (in this case, a rule supplement) from the Downloads page and strip it. Then, fill it in with your materials.
Use the Style pulldown in OpenOffice or LibreOffice, and set your subheadings in SubHeading style, your body text in Text Body style, etc. Looking through an existing work should make it obvious to you. I'm afraid I don't know a good tutorial for Styles, though... I learned it all on the fly myself.
