13 Goblins:

Should be "11 goblins" (only 11 hit point box sets) as danbuter notes.

On my system R16 has p. 40-45 blank; hopefully that's just me...

I'm assuming you're looking at the ODT; you have a flow error making those pages blank. This is why I make all the PDFs myself... long experience fixing those things.
