... so I go into CreateSpace's interior reviewer, and discover that the title page image is gone. Looking at the R9 PDF, I see it's missing there too, and in the ODT it's gone. How??? Dunno. So I put it back, and made an R10. This will drive me batty, mark my words.

Watch out for paragraphs where the justification has mysteriously disappeared. LibreOffice still does that occasionally.

Justification looks good throughout. Another quick spelling and grammar check and nothing jumped out. Layout and graphics look kosher.

I know I said second week in August, but here it is now... AA1 is IN PRINT on CreateSpace.com! Amazon.com and Lulu.com distribution is coming, never fear.

Is there any difference b/w the duplicate listings (BF1, BF2, JN1 and JN2) besides price?

Binding. Some are perfect bound, some saddle stitch.
