I have it posted in my game board now. I'm using a heavily modified BFRPG ruleset for this pbp so running an untested mod is just fine for me.

I just realized there was a double-table on the .odt file so I take the chance and upload anew the files and slightly changed the values of the HD column so it can have a smoother progression...

Uploaded Release 3.
I expanded the table so it incorporates up to 32+ HD monsters.
Changed the word "Destroy" for "Damage" as Clerics doesn't automatically destroy undeads.
Incorporated a note about non-aggressive creatures
