Very nice! I was looking for something exactly like this and had found one in an OD&D accessory that I was going to remake for use with BFRPG but it looks like you already did, thanks!

Scott, you are probably swamped with stuff to do, but if you get a chance could you make this form fillable? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Player: I drink the potion!
DM: Are you sure you want to do that?
Player: Um, no. Maybe, Why, do you think it would be stupid?

Started working on this, but will take a tad longer than the adventure sheet.

Looks great! Just a few notes: It should be pretty straightforward to shade every other row in the players and monsters section to the slightest grey available. This makes it a lot easier to scan across the lines. The notes section for the monsters is pretty small; I'd end up putting in (1) for example and then writing (1) in the "scratch" section with the fuller notes. Hit Dice, XP per, and total can be calculated after the session so I'd drop them in favor of narrower columns for killed and other, with more room for the notes such as "captured one, three fled."

But again, it looks great, very clean, and addresses a need not yet filled.

Agreed, I'll put in a light shading every other row to help. Still slowly putting in all the form fields. I agree the notes field for monsters is pretty small, however since this isn't my sheet I'm leaving it as-is. However, if we want to work on an alternate sheet or such I'd be willing to help out.

Just saw these comments. I can easily do different shading and make it from fillable. What changes would you like to see? I have since made 3-4 different adventure logs, but have never submitted them.

Just to let you know: I never use shading on our PDFs because it does not reproduce reliably on different printers and/or operating systems. For forms like this, probably doesn't matter, but that's why I use thin horizontal lines instead.

BFRPG Adventure Log by Scott Abraham

Does anyone know what the "Light" section in the Adventure Log PDF is referring to? I'm guessing it's to write down the PC's minimum carrying capacity, but please tell me if I'm wrong. Thank you. 🙂
